We replaced 31SQ of asphalt shingle and install the new one OC TruDefinition® Duration® AR ESTATE GRAY.
We protected all areas with a black tarp to avoid damage, then we teared off the old asphalt shingle. We did an inspection to make sure there was good ventilation, the rafter, plywood and other elements were in good condition. After that, we waterproofed a by applying ice & water shield, which protect from leaks and high temperatures. We installed 31SQ of Owens Corning TruDefinition® Duration® AR ESTATE GRAY color according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and industry best practice. We also replaced some windows.
A final inspection to make sure the new roofing material were installed correctly and everything is secure and waterproof.
