First we protected all areas, windows, doors and plants. Then we tear off all the old roof and we did an inspection to make sure there was good ventilation, the rafter, plywood and other elements were in good condition.
We also installed Synthetic Underlayment because it is one of the best option to to protect from leaks and high temperatures. And then we proceed to install the New standing seam metal roof.
