Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an estimate for my roof?

Just call or request a quote here on this website and we’ll set up an appointment for us to come and inspect your roof. Then we’ll get back to you with a proposal via email. Or if you’d prefer, we can deliver the proposal to you in person and discuss any questions you may have.

Will my house be protected during the job?

Yes! We absolutely take care of property with extra protection for windows, door, plants, balcony, railings and entrance roads. We set a wide cover with heavy duty tarp and with plywood.

Do I have to be present on the day(s) of the job?

You do not have to be present on the day of the job, we only ask that you provide us with a few electrical outlets for the equipment.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, there is a 50% deposit of the quoted project required. Once our work is complete, we will do a walk-through of the property with you to make sure you are delighted with the job. You will then receive your invoice, upon which payment is expected in full either with cash or check made out to JCY Construction.

What are your hours each day?

We can start working in the morning at 7 am each day until 6 pm or later, depending on your schedule and what needs to be finished for the day. This includes protecting your roof from the weather or finishing with the cleanup. Weather permitting, we want to work as much as we can each day so that we can complete the job and be out of your way as quickly as possible.
