We first did an inspection to the original roof to make sure there was good ventilation, the rafter, plywood and other elements were in good shape. Then we waterproofed and protected the eaves from ice damage before we proceeded with the new roof.
For this project we used the TrueDefinition Asphalt Shingles from Owens Corning in Amber color.
