This residential roofing project was made with a special order material of three-tab shingles for over 33 Sq ft. First, we covered the house with a large tarp as to not damage the walls or floors. Then we tore off the old shingle, cleaned all the old nails, leaving nothing on the roof or in the gutters.
We inspected the woods, plywoods, vents and the valleys on the roof. Then we carefully started to build the shingle pattern so that there wouldn’t be an error anywhere from the base on the top of the towers and side roof to the edges, until the end of the process
